Registration

           Registration for your football player will be based on his/her age on march 1st. Signing the JAM registration forms indicates that you agree, understand, and will abide by the rules and regulations of the GFL, PYFA and MPAA. This includes the GFL Code of Conduct, MPAA Code of Conduct, and the rules, regulations, and obligations in this packet.
